    This process helps uncover the unconscious patterns that influence your emotional life and relationships, offering the possibility for deeper self-awareness and meaningful change.

    In-Person Sessions — Held in London, offering a calm, accessible space for face-to-face work.

    Online Sessions — A flexible and effective way to engage with therapy, wherever you are.

  • Group Therapy

    I am currently welcoming expressions of interest for upcoming therapeutic personal development groups.

    These small, supportive groups offer a space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and relational patterns alongside others who are also curious about their inner world. Working in a group can deepen self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful connections through shared experiences.

    Groups run in 10-week terms, with each session lasting 1.5 hours.

  • Walking Therapy

    Sometimes sitting still can feel limiting. Walking therapy offers a unique way of working — combining the grounding rhythm of movement with the therapeutic process. Being in nature can create a sense of ease, helping thoughts flow more freely while supporting emotional regulation.

    Sessions take place in carefully chosen, accessible outdoor locations in and around London.

    Ideal for clients who feel more comfortable moving while reflecting, or for those drawn to the therapeutic qualities of the natural world.
